Terms and Conditions of befireshop.ch

Please read our terms and conditions and order only if you agree.
1. Contract
The buyer ends with befireshop.ch under subsequent recognition of a legally binding terms and conditions of sale and accepted these Terms. It should be noted that each of these Terms of changing the legal situation needs to be aligned. For all contracts are, therefore, the current Terms and Conditions at the time of ordering. Differing regulations come into force only to the extent and scope of befireshop.ch as they separately and have been confirmed in writing.

5. Delivery Terms
The delivery of ordered goods will adopt as soon as the prepayment of the buyer when befireshop.ch is received. From this date, the customer ordered goods within 5 days of the order address. If an item is not or only temporarily not available,
the client will be sent by e-mail.
The product is shipped with Priority Mail.

Customs and import taxes of different countries is not befireshop.ch.

7. Returns and exchanges
Returns are only accepted in advance if our customer service via e-mail has been contacted.
Returns or exchange of goods within 7 days in non-damaged
Original packaging along with a copy of the invoice.
befireshop.ch to exchange or return goods paid the full amount.
The responsibility for selecting the articles to pay only the customer.
8. Liability
befireshop.ch assumes no liability for damages caused by inappropriate use of our products to people or material.
9. Privacy Policy
The customer will be governed by the rules of the Swiss Data collected, processed and used. The customer will only be within the befire-Switzerland GmbH and will not be disclosed to third parties.
The ordered goods remain up to full payment of the property befireshop.ch, prices, technical changes and errors. The decision is final.
10. Jurisdiction
All commitments are subject to Swiss law. Place of performance and exclusive jurisdiction is Zurich.
